SOFTWARE APPLICATION SUPPORT
- Perform in-house developed application testing.
- Conduct specifications study on customer’s requirements.
- Documentation of application software for training purpose.
- Perform investigation on report software issues.
- Provide on-site and phone/email support to customers.
- Attend meetings with customers.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Able to communicate (speak/write) in English.
- Possess initiative with good interpersonal skill.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- No software programming experience needed.
- Knowledge in Non-Life/General Insurance business process or Credit Recovery Workflow for Banks/Lawyers is an added advantage
