Issuing Office Computerised System (IOCS) And IAgent
The Issuing Office Computerised System (IOCS) is an online linkage of agents' offices to
P&O Insurance head office main computer systems.
Similarly, iAgent is also an online linkage system through a secured Inter-network (Internet) connectivity. This secured connectivity is solely used for the agency transaction and not otherwise.
Particulars of the policyholder and vehicle are captured and automatically compared with the built-in underwriting guidelines. Upon acceptance of risk, an Acknowledgement Slip or Policy Schedule will be automatically generated.
