This service is provided subject to the Company's limitations of liability especially,
but not limited to, the time to be taken to pick up, process and return of documents
as well as the safe custody of documents/monies. The Company has stipulated the areas
in which the service will be provided and the minimum time periods that should be allowed
by you.

If you wish to receive your road tax and other documents before expiry of your existing
road tax, please ensure that you allow sufficient time for the processing and redelivery
of documents to you. The timetable(s) to assist you in giving the company sufficient time
allowance are set out above. In the event that you do not give us a sufficient time period,
we will use our best endeavours to assist you to obtain the new road tax before expiry of
your existing road tax. In any event, we will not be liable for any delay, inconvenience or
loss caused to you by reason of the road tax not being delivered to you before the expiry of
the previous road tax.
We will take reasonable care of documents/monies placed in our charge and in the event that any such documents/monies are misplaced, lost or stolen, we will take such steps as are required to replace such documents and monies but do not accept liability for any other liabilities, losses, costs, expenses or any sum whatsoever, howsoever arising from such loss. And it is hereby agreed that you shall not hold us so liable by reason of the requirement to replace such documents/monies.
Whilst we will take reasonable steps to adhere to our schedules set out above, it is hereby agreed and understood that delays may occur whether such delay be caused by the JPJ, the Company and/or any other cause whatsoever and that the Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs and/or expenses arising from such delay.
